Fees and Payments

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, wallet private keys, and two-factor authentication. Do not share your login information with anyone. SaveX AI will never ask for your password or private keys. Report any unauthorized access immediately. We are not liable for losses resulting from compromised account security due to user negligence.

Round-Up Savings Service

Our round-up savings feature connects to your linked bank account or payment card to automatically round up purchases and invest the spare change. You authorize SaveX AI to access transaction data and execute round-up transfers. You can adjust settings, pause, or disconnect round-up savings at any time. Processing times may vary based on banking partners and network conditions.

Intellectual Property

The SaveX AI platform, including its design, functionality, AI algorithms, content, logos, and trademarks, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without express written permission. You retain ownership of your personal data and investment information.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the fees you paid to SaveX AI in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Account Termination

Upon termination, you must withdraw your funds within the specified period. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of SaveX AI shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations.
